Important information about family accommodations and additional guests.

Family Accommodation

Hotel Reliable Grand warmly welcomes families. Guests are requested to provide the correct number of adults and children (PAX) at the time of booking so that appropriate room arrangements can be made.

Guests must comply with the hotel's maximum occupancy limits for the booked room category.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for all eligible guests during check-in.

Any special requirements, such as an extra bed or additional bedding, should be requested at the time of booking and will be subject to availability and applicable charges.

Extra Guest / Additional PAX

The number of guests permitted in the room will be based on the PAX mentioned in the confirmed booking voucher.

Any additional guest/person beyond the confirmed PAX will attract extra-person charges as per the hotel's prevailing tariff and policy.

Extra-person accommodation is subject to room capacity and availability.

Applicable charges may vary depending on the age of the guest, meal plan, extra bed/bedding requirements, and room category.

Additional guests must complete the required registration and identity verification procedures at check-in.

The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation for additional guests if the maximum permitted occupancy of the room has been reached.

Important Notice:

Guests are requested to declare the exact number of adults and children while making the reservation. Any discrepancy between the confirmed booking and the actual number of guests arriving at the hotel may result in additional charges or changes to the accommodation arrangement.
