Hotel Reliable Grand processes refunds in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, rate plan, booking terms and payment conditions accepted by the guest at the time of reservation.
A refund will only be applicable where the confirmed booking terms specifically permit a refund.
Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refundable amount will be calculated after applying any applicable cancellation charges, modification charges, taxes or other deductions specified in the confirmed booking terms.
If the booking is cancelled within a period where cancellation charges apply, the applicable charge will be deducted from the booking amount and only the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
Bookings identified as Non-Refundable are not eligible for cancellation refunds or refunds for unused nights, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the hotel.
Same-day cancellations and No-Show bookings are strictly non-refundable and will attract 100% charges, as specified in the hotel's cancellation policy.
If a guest leaves before the confirmed check-out date, any refund for unused nights will be subject to hotel approval and the applicable booking/rate plan terms.
For bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), booking websites or other third-party platforms, refunds will generally be handled according to the cancellation and refund terms of the respective platform.
Guests may be required to contact the booking platform directly for refund processing.
Where applicable, refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the reservation.
The hotel may not be able to process a refund to a different payment method unless permitted by its payment procedures and applicable requirements.
Once a refund is approved, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card issuer or booking platform.
Hotel Reliable Grand is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers or third-party booking platforms.
If Hotel Reliable Grand cancels a confirmed prepaid reservation for reasons attributable to the hotel, the hotel will communicate the applicable refund or alternative arrangement to the guest, subject to the circumstances and applicable booking terms.
Guests should contact the hotel or the relevant booking platform regarding any refund-related concern before initiating a payment dispute.
